The Philatelic Association of NSW Ltd (PHILAS) is the peak body representing New South Wales at the Australian Philatelic Federation Ltd.

PHILAS is a non-profit Australian philatelic organisation dedicated to promoting stamp collecting, supporting youth philately, encouraging the development of collector skills, and providing support to affiliated stamp clubs and societies throughout New South Wales.
